Our Reports
Our Strategic Review
We have developed a strategic review of where we are going in the next 5 years. We pledge to have the back of our Armed Forces, at sea, in the air and on the ground. Our strategic aims of the upcoming five years will be to understand and adapt to the needs of our beneficiaries and through doing so, provide effective support. We will strive to be respected, known and understood in the sector and provide sustainable resources to help facilitate our volunteers on the ground and train our staff in specialised roles. We will continue and build on our collaborative working within the organisation and with external partners.

The research found that beneficiaries’ interactions with SSAFA volunteers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic were very positive with services received being highly valued and meeting beneficiaries’ needs.
