Babcock has been a proud supporter of SSAFA since 2016 and became a Corporate Partner in 2025. It estimates that 16% of its 26,000-person workforce has some connection to the armed forces, whether as a former service person, reservist, cadet-instructor or as a member of an armed forces family.
Babcock’s support is focussed towards the SSAFA mentoring service which aligns with its principles. The support provided funds the training of volunteer mentors who will provide support and guidance to veterans struggling to transition to civilian life.
