Please use the form below to send us any comments or complaints about SSAFA's Overseas Community Health Service.

Children and young people can make complaints or share feedback about their own care if they are able to do so. Parents and legal guardians can make complaints on behalf of children aged below 16 years, that have received healthcare delivered or arranged by the SSAFA Cyprus Community Healthcare team. 

If you would like to raise any concerns, complaints and/or compliments about any aspect of the service provided by a member(s) of the SSAFA Community Healthcare team, please complete the form below.

We always try to resolve issues as quickly as possible and will ask an appropriate member of the Team to contact you within 3 working days to talk through, and hopefully resolve, your concerns.
