Live ChatKeith trained and worked as a corporate finance lawyer at Edge Ellison (now Squire Patton Boggs) in Birmingham and has been working as a commercial lawyer in the West Midlands for the last 20 years, most recently in the role of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary on the executive board of the NEC Group. Prior to working at the NEC Group, Keith was Commercial Legal Director at the pan European logistics business Christian Salvesen PLC (now XPO).
Keith is currently a trustee and Chairman of Midlands Air Ambulance Charity which provides a lifesaving air ambulance service to over seven million residents living and working in six Midlands counties.
Before becoming a lawyer, Keith spent 15 years in the Royal Army Medical Corps serving as a paramedic in Germany, Norway, Northern Ireland and Hong Kong leaving with the rank of Warrant Officer Class 2.
Keith has a passion for travel photography which he enjoys combining with family holidays with his wife and two teenage sons.
