Volunteering in the ex-Service community
Our branch volunteers improve lives every single day of the year. The majority of their work is with former serviceman and women and their families. This may range from obtaining financial assistance to getting special equipment for those with a disability. Or it may simply be giving friendly advice and support over a cup of tea.
Our volunteers work out of branches throughout the UK and in some overseas locations. We have nearly over 90 branches so there is one somewhere very near you. Training ensures the highest standards of support and gives confidence to volunteers. We provide full training appropriate to each role and cover all out of pocket expenses. Whatever your skills, we will put them to very good use.
Right now, we need volunteers to help us with:
- Case working
- Fundraising
- Publicity
- Administration
- IT
Contact us if you would like to become a volunteer.
